Strings for Frank Sievert harp

Hi all,
I have a harp made by Frank Sievert, I understood he passed away a little while ago. I need new basestrings and I understood a man named Reto Hofstetter took over, but Iḿ getting no response..I tried both e-mailadresses, the one listed on the website and the e-mailadress that Frank gave me specifically for ordering strings, but nothing....
Has anyone recently ordered strings from Reto and how did that go? Or does anyone know a good alternative for the basestrings for this harp, it feels a little scary being dependant on a service that doesnt seem very reliable to me.
